Who can use ADD?

ADD is available to certain users of TenetOS. The following criteria must be met in order to receive an ADD request.

You did not start the application.

If you accepted the invitation code and began the application, you are currently not able to use ADD and will have to provide your due diligence information.

The Client Group must be an entity.

ADD is currently not available for adding additional persons to an individual account.

You must be a verified user.

If you are not verified, or the application you are part of is still in review or in progress, then you are not able to use ADD. To learn how you can get verified, see Get Verified.

You must be an activated user in TenetOS.

If you have been approved but have not yet set-up or signed into TenetOS, then you are not eligible to use ADD.

The email address must be the same.

ADD connection requests are identified by the email address. If you are using a separate or different email, then you will not receive an ADD request.
