How to accept an ADD request

This guide provides steps on how view, manage, and respond to your ADD requests. This guide explains who is eligible to use or accept an ADD request, how and where it is done, and what to expect after accepting the ADD request.

See if you are eligible for ADD.

1. Sign in to TenetOS with your "Username" and "Password". Click [SIGN IN].

2. Go to "Network" and then "Requests".

3. You can view and manage all your ADD requests here. To respond to a request, click [VIEW].

4. To accept the ADD request, click [YES, SHARE DUE DILIGENCE].

5. Complete the ADD verification questions, then click [SAVE].

6. The ADD request has been accepted.

An email notification is sent to the Client Group that made the ADD request to notify them that it has been accepted. Click here to see the email.


What happens next?

  • The Client Group must continue completing their new bank account application.
  • Once it is approved, the Client Group shall be visible under your Network and then Client Groups.
  • When you sign in to TenetOS using your existing username, you will be prompted to select the Client Group in which to act or operate.
  • You may switch between Client Groups at any time from Network and then Client Groups.
