What is Handoff?

At Tenet, we understand the importance of empowering our users with innovative tools that streamline processes and enhance their experience. That's why we've developed Handoff, a proprietary new feature in TenetOS, designed to enhance how account applications are managed.

Handoff is a unique feature within TenetOS that allows any applicant to seamlessly transfer the application process to another designated contact. Traditionally, initiating an account application meant that the individual who started it had to see it through completion. With Handoff, users now have the flexibility to delegate this responsibility to another team member or authorised contact.

How does Handoff work?

When a user initiates a Handoff request, they can select any other contact from the corporate structure chart to take over the application process. This means that if the original user is unable to complete the application due to various reasons such as time constraints or shifting priorities, they can effortlessly transfer the ownership to a colleague who is better positioned to complete the application.

Who is eligible to receive a Handoff request?

A Handoff request can be made to any other contact in the corporate structure chart.

What happens when the request is accepted?

When a request is accepted, the transfer of access to the account application will be completed. As a result, you will no longer have access to the account application.

What happens when the request is rejected?

If the Handoff request is rejected, you will be notified that that is the case and you must continue the account application or make another Handoff request.
