Start your Tenet account application

Welcome to Tenet! This guide will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to start your account application with Tenet. You will learn how to select the account type, create your username, and verify your email address and mobile number.

To open an account, you must have an invitation code, access to your email address, and able to receive SMS messages to your mobile phone.

If you are having trouble receiving SMS messages, please see the tips below Step 8.

TenetOS username credentials

You will be provided with a unique username by email during this process and your username shall be used to sign in to TenetOS. Your username is case sensitive. Your username shall consist of: (i) the first letter of your first name, (ii) the first 5 letters or less of your surname, and (iii) a randomly generated 4 digits.

1. Go to the sign in page and click [Open an account].

2. Enter your invitation code and agree to the terms of Tenet. Click [Submit].

3. Select whether the account is for an entity or an individual.

4. If the account is for an entity, select the type of entity.

The entity type cannot be changed later in the application so please be sure that the correct one is selected. Click here to learn more.

  • If you are an Exempted Company (Cayman Islands), Business Company (BVI), or equivalent, please select Private Limited Company (Ltd.).
  • If you are an Exempted Limited Guarantee Foundation Company (Cayman Islands), please select Foundation Company.
  • If you are a Limited Liability Company (Cayman Islands) or equivalent, please select Limited Liability Company (LLC).

5. Enter your name, email address, mobile number, and create your password. Click [Save].

You must enter a valid email address and a mobile number that is able to receive SMS messages.

6. Click [Allow] or [Block].

You will receive an email with your username, which shall be used to sign in to TenetOS. Click here to see the email.

7. A one-time code shall be sent to your email address. Enter the code and click [Verify].

  • If you have not previously received an email from tenet.ky, some email service providers may delay the delivery of this email by several minutes.

8. A one-time code shall be sent to your mobile number. Enter the code and click [Verify].

  • Confirm the mobile number is accurate. If it is not, click the edit button beside the mobile number to change it.
  • If you did not receive the code, click [RESEND CODE] after 60 seconds to try again.
  • If you are still having trouble receiving the code after resending twice, you may click [PROCEED AND VERIFY LATER] to continue the application and verify later.
