Get verified to unlock TenetOS features

1. How can I get verified?

Provide your due diligence during the new account application process.

You may be added to a structure of a new account application in TenetOS. If your relationship to the applicant entity represents ownership or control over the entity, you will be required to provide your due diligence. Upon approval, you will be verified and have unlocked advanced TenetOS features.

Provide your due diligence when you are being added to an already open account.

An existing client may add you to their client profile through TenetOS. If your relationship to the applicant entity represents ownership or control over the entity, or you will have elevated permissions in TenetOS, you will be required to provide your due diligence. Upon approval, you will be verified and have unlocked advanced TenetOS features.

You can get verified yourself.

1. Sign in to TenetOS.
2. Click on your profile in the top right and then Personal details.
3. Click Get Verified.
4. Confirm existing information and provide new information as requested, including due diligence documentation.
5. Click Submit for Review.
6. The bank shall review the information and due diligence provided. If there are any changes or additional information required, you will be notified to make such amendments and resubmit.
7. Upon approval, you will be verified and have unlocked advanced TenetOS features.

2. What features are available after I get verified?

Once verified, you will be able to use Tenet's accelerated due diligence (ADD) feature. ADD allows you to expedite your onboarding and teleport your existing verified due diligence information from one Client Group to another Client Group. This eliminates the submission of your information to us again, significantly speeds up the onboarding process, and allows you to manage your Client Groups from one username and password.
