How to transfer to another account at Tenet

Tenet enables seamless fund transfers between clients of Tenet. Leveraging our advanced TenetOS platform, clients can swiftly transfer funds to other Tenet accounts with enhanced security and instant processing. This feature is designed to offer a reliable and convenient solution for intra-bank transactions, all while maintaining Tenet's high standards of security and personalised service.

You must know the recipients bank account number at Tenet.

Create an internal transfer template.

1. Sign in to TenetOS with your "Username" and "Password". Click [SIGN IN].

2. Go to "Transfers" and then "Transfer Templates".

3. Click [ADD TEMPLATE].

4. Enter the template name and select "Internal Tranfer Template".

Select Public if you would like any member of your team to view and use these template details. Otherwise, select Private for private use.

5. Enter the account name and account number at Tenet. Click [SAVE].

You also have the option save a reference for the internal transfer template as well. In any event, you will be able to add or change this reference on each transfer.

Send a transfer to another account at Tenet.

1. Sign in to TenetOS with your "Username" and "Password". Click [SIGN IN].

2. Go to "Transfers" and then "Internal Transfer".

3. Select "Other bank account" and then the internal transfer template. Enter the transfer details and click [SUBMIT].

Approval required from Transaction Rules1.

4. The internal transfer may be pending additional approvals, depending on your set-up of Transaction Rules.

5. Once the approvals are received, the internal will be completed and appear in your account activity.

Transfer will be completed in your transactions.
