Approving Changes to Settings

If your Administration Rules are setup to require more than one approver, the other approver(s) will receive a notification to sign in and approve the account change.

To expedite the process, please contact the other approvers and ask them to follow these steps:

1. Go to "Administration Rules”

1. Sign in to your account. Reminder: Your username would have been emailed to you from Tenet Bank

2. There will be a notification badge requiring action. Navigate to the main menu and click on "ADMINISTRATION"

3. Click on "ADMINISTRATION RULES"

2. Reviewing "Pending Approvals"

Under the Pending Approvals tab, find the changed entry with the “Pending” status.

3. Click on "PENDING APPROVALS"

4. Find the changed entry with the “Pending” status. Click on "Administration: Client Profile"

5. In the pop-up modal, review the change. To approve the change, click "APPROVE"

6. Confirm the approval by entering the reason for the change

7. When done, click “APPROVE”

APPROVED

Once all approvals are received, including a review by the Tenet Compliance team, the new user’s status in the User Management screen will be updated.

3. Enable Approved New User

REQUIRED: Enable New User

As a final step, an Administrator must now sign in and enable the approved new user. Once the new user is enabled, they will receive an automated email notification with their username and be prompted to set up their password the first time they sign in.

To expedite the process, please contact an Administrator and ask them to follow the steps for Enable Approved New User.

4. Removing A User from the Structure
