Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password or need to update it for security reasons, you can easily reset it using the steps below. To protect your account, we'll ask you to verify your identity before creating a new password.

1. Click "Reset password?"

2. Enter your username in the “Required” field

3. Click the "NEXT" button

4. A one-time code has been sent to your email, enter the one-time code.

5. Click the “NEXT" button

6. A one-time code has been sent to your mobile number, enter the one-time code.

7. Click the "NEXT" button

8. A photo will be taken to confirm your identity. When ready, click the "I am ready" button

9. To have the photo taken, click the "Take photo" button.

10. When ready to submit the photo, click the "Save" button

11. Enter a new password in the “Required” field

12. Re-enter the new password to confirm the password.

13. To submit, click on the "RESET PASSWORD" button.
