Update Authenticator Device

If need to update your authenticator device used for two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, follow these steps to change your authenticator device to ensure secure access.

1. Click on the user’s full name in the top-right corner

2. In the dropdown, click on “Sign in and Security

3. Click the "MANAGE" button

4. Click the “CHANGE DEVICE” button

5. To change the authenticator device, enter the two-step verification code from the current authenticator.

6. Click the “SUBMIT” button

7. Sync the new authenticator by scanning the QR code or manually enter the code provided.

8. Enter the two step verification code provided by the new authenticator. Then, click on the “Enable” button to confirm the change.
