Approving Transactions

If your account has transaction rules requiring dual or multi-level authorization—or if the payment was initiated by someone with “Instruction Only” permissions, it must be approved by authorized users before it can be processed. The steps below explain how to review and approve pending payments.

1. Navigate to Transactions

1. Go to the main navigation, and click on "ACCOUNTS"

2. In the dropdown, click "TRANSACTIONS"

3. Review the list of transactions, and scroll horizontally to the “Description” column

4. Click on the description of the transaction to open the pop-up modal.

5. Review the transaction. When ready, click on the “APPROVE” button.

6. Complete the required field, by providing a reason for approving the transaction.

7. When ready, click on the “APPROVE” button.
