REMOVING A USER FROM THE STRUCTURE

In order to remove a user (e.g., a director who has resigned), remember to deactivate the user first before continuing.

1. Removing the User for the Structure Chart

1. To navigate to the structure chart, click on "CLIENT PROFILE" under "USER MANAGEMENT"

2. On the structure chart, click on the deactivated user that will be removed from the account.

3. In the pop-up modal, scroll down to find the red bin icon and click on the “bin” to remove the relationship from the structure chart.

4. Click the “SAVE” button to confirm removing the relationship.

5. Click on "SUBMIT FOR REVIEW"

6. In the pop-up modal, click on “SUBMIT FOR REVIEW” to confirm the submission.

Approving Changes to Settings

If your Administration Rules are setup to require more than one approver, the other approver(s) will receive a notification to sign in and approve the account change. To expedite the process, please contact the other approvers and ask them to follow the steps for Approving Changes to Settings.
